Revenue Recognition Manager

This Revenue Manager has Big 4 CPA a Master's in Accounting. This candidate has been consulting for the past several years and have been working with various Software and Hardware companies in revenue. Their responsibilities have included VSOE analysis by implementing and maintaining in accordance with SOP 97-2. They have also established and implemented processes to recognize revenue per ASU 2009-13, ASU 2009-14 (formerly EITF 09-3 & EITF 08-1). This candidate has been the go-to person for all revenue related issues, including contract review, working and educating the sales team on revenue recognition issues and working with legal on contract structuring. This candidate has excellent communication skills . They also have strong excel skills and can roll up their sleeves as an individual contributor.
